About Our New Statements

We have received a number of calls regarding missing information on your monthly statements, including share details and other savings products. We are investigating whether this information can be included on upcoming statements.

Your monthly statements are primarily intended to provide you with a summary of the activity in your chequing accounts and your line(s) of credit. To receive detailed information, members should log in to online banking or visit their branch. We apologize for any misunderstanding.

Complete detailed account information, including shares, term deposits, savings accounts, mortgage and loan information can be accessed at any time by logging on to Online Banking.

Our new Member Direct Online Banking platform has been launched, with new features including E-Statements and the soon-to-be added E-Transfers. This gives you another option for receiving your statement information.
