FSCU Donated $1,500 to Camp Bucko in 2011
Posted on February 1st, 2012
Fire Services Credit Union donated a total of $1,500 to Camp Bucko in 2011. This number represents the total of all amounts raised throughout the year via member contributions, staff support, and incentives tied to product sales.
In addition, PICUZ Solutions Inc., one of our key strategic partners, have added a contribution of $150.00 to bring the total to $1,650 for 2011.
CEO Kevin Connolly said the following:
“We're pleased to again be able to support such a worthy and important cause. Camp Bucko provides young burn survivors with a safe and fun environment where they can re-build their self-esteem by interacting with other children who have suffered burn injuries. These children experience incredible physical and emotional challenges and they need our support while they heal.”
Our goal in 2012 is to raise $2,000 through the sale of FSCU branded clothing, staff contributions, and other initiatives, so we can help send a young burn survivor to camp.
