Get hooked up to personal online service from FSCU in three easy steps:

The first thing you need to do is get on Skype with us. Then, prepare the tools you want to share on-screen with your Coach. Or skip that part, get connected and we'll take you through it from there.

  1. Download and install Skype.

    (It's free for your laptop, tablet, and mobile phone.)
  2. Download tools (optional) to build your financial profile:

    Net Worth Statement: PDF Excel ODF (OpenOffice)
    Money Tracker: PDF Excel ODF (OpenOffice)
  3. Connect to a Fire Services Credit Union Coach.

    Open the Banking To Go tab at the left of your screen (hover your mouse or tap it). People with a green check-mark icon next to their name are online. Pick one and click it!

    People who are online are identified with a green icon.
