We offer both conventional and high-ratio CMHC-insured mortgages on properties in Ontario. You can take advantage of our low-cost transfer from another financial institution, as well as our competitive rates for bridge financing and low-cost refinancing. We also offer up to 20% prepayment and a 20% increase in monthly payment amounts annually.
You may be eligible to withdraw up to $25,000 tax-free from your RRSP to use as a down payment through the government's Home Buyers' Plan. First-time buyers may also be eligible for the $5,000 First-Time Home Buyers' Tax Credit.
We also offer Group Mortgage Protection, which provides you with additional peace of mind by covering you in the event of untimely death, critical illness, or disability.
