The products and services identified on this Website are available
only to members of The Fire Department Employees Credit Union
Limited (the Credit Union).
If you are interested in becoming a member of the Credit Union,

or designs in the pages of this Website may constitute trade names,
trademarks or service marks belonging or licensed to the Credit
Union. Any unauthorized down loading, re-transmission, or other
copying or modification of trade marks and/or the contents hereof
may be a violation of the copyright laws of Canada and/or other
countries and may therefore be subject to legal action. You agree

Confidentiality and Security

Password Security Issues
A password will be assigned to you by the Credit Union for the
purpose of using the Internet (online) banking functions. The
Credit Union interprets your password sign on as your written
signature and holds you responsible for all transactions conducted
with the use of your password. You agree not to disclose your
password to any person not employed by the Credit Union, and to
take all necessary precautions to prevent any other person from
learning your password. You may change the password assigned to
you by the Credit Union, but in so doing you agree not to select
a password that will easily identify you or be easily traceable
to you, such as your date of birth or your phone number. You agree
that you, not the Credit Union, will be held liable for any and
all transactions and/or losses created by loss of the confidentiality
of your password. Please notify the Credit Union immediately if
you become aware of any breach of security, by calling 1.866.833.3285
or 416.440.1294.
Accuracy of Information Provided by Internet
Banking
Internet banking obtains its information from the Credit Union's
banking system. If there is a discrepancy between information
provided by Internet banking and the information existing in the
Credit Union's banking system, the information in the Credit Union's
banking system shall be deemed to be correct.
Fees
Fees may be charged for access to Internet banking. You will be
notified of these fees, and of any changes to them. You agree
that these fees may be debited to any account you hold with the
Credit Union.
