IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR ALL ON LINE BANKING MEMBERS
We are moving closer to conversion to the new Comtech Fire Credit Union banking system, currently planned for January 31st, 2017. The date will be finalized specifically in the next few weeks and we will keep you advised here. The conversion will affect your on line banking, which will need to be reset once the conversion occurs. While we expect there will be little or no disruption, there will be a requirement for you to change your sign-in protocol. We will provide specific instructions on what this entails as we get closer to the conversion date.
The new system will add important new features to your on line banking, including deposit anywhere which will allow you to deposit cheques to your accounts by taking a picture of the cheque with your smartphone. You will also have access to a new smartphone app which will make on line banking from your mobile device simpler than ever.
While we expect any disruption and inconvenience to be minimal, we appreciate your support and thank you in advance for your understanding as we move to our new banking system!
