Important Information: Canada Post Strike/Lockout

The potential Canada Post strike/lockout may disrupt mail delivery of important documents like Credit Union statements, bills and invoices from companies that you do business with. Although you may not receive any mail during the potential strike period, you must still make your regular and ongoing bill payments.

We have many convenient options for you to make payments and to access your Comtech Fire account information. Please do not mail your bill payments during the strike, as mail may not be delivered, and your payments could arrive late.

Here are some of the personal banking options that can help you through this potential labour disruption:

Comtech Fire Online Banking

Welcome to our improved Online Banking site launched on Tuesday April 12th, 2016 at 12 noon!.  All account and payee information remains the same.

This new platform gives you access to more features. On your initial sign in you will be asked to answer one of the security questions that you had selected some time ago. You will also be required to select the option to "register your computer", if it is your personal computer. This new site also requires you to reset your "memorized accounts".

If you have any questions, concerns or problems, please contact us at 1-866-833-3285.
